Delete your Snaptab account
Deleting your account removes everything Snaptab holds about you from our servers: every filed document, every photograph, your usage history, and the account record itself. It is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery afterwards. Rows already written into your own Google Sheets are yours and are not touched.
The fastest way: in the app
- Open Snaptab and sign in
- Go to Settings → Your data → Delete my account
- Confirm — deletion happens on the spot
Without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us at support@rippleit-co.com with the subject “Delete my Snaptab account”, sent from the Google account email you used to sign in — that is how we verify the request is yours. We complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days, and confirm by reply once it is done.
What is deleted, and what is not
- Deleted: your account record, all filed documents and their photographs, all extracted data, and your scan history.
- Not ours to delete: rows in your own Google Sheets, and your Google account itself.
- Handled by Google: an active subscription must be cancelled in the Play Store (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your Snaptab account does not cancel a Play subscription, and cancelling the subscription does not delete your data — they are two separate steps.
Questions first? Write to support@rippleit-co.com — you can also ask us to delete only your scans and keep the account.
